Welcome to SeniorCover. These terms govern your access to SeniorCover.info and the matching services provided to retirees.

2. Services

SeniorCover matches retirees with coverage options offered by third parties. We are not a provider of coverage but facilitate connections.

3. Use of Site

You agree to use our site lawfully and not to disrupt operations.

4. Orders and Fees

Fees for our services, informational products, and goods are specified at the time of purchase. All fees are payable in advance.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Matching Services

Requests for matching services may be eligible for a refund if made at least 48 hours before the scheduled consultation. Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 10 business days. You may opt to reschedule the service at no extra charge up to 24 hours before the consultation. If the service has already been delivered, no refund will be granted due to resource allocation and planner availability.

5.2 Informational Products

Informational products may be returned within 7 days of download if unused. Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 10 business days. Products accessed or downloaded are non-refundable due to digital distribution limitations.

5.3 Physical Goods

Physical goods may be returned within 14 days of receipt in original condition. Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser unless the item is defective. Refunds are issued via the original payment method within 10 business days of receipt. Customized goods are final sale and non-refundable due to personalization.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule matching services as outlined in section 5.1. Informational products and goods follow the return windows above.

7. Limitation of Liability

SeniorCover’s liability is limited to the amount of fees paid. We are not responsible for actions by third parties.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
